With 18 pieces of cardio vascular equipment, 6 different resistance machines, free weights and a sprung floor studio for fitness classes and dance, Evolution will set you on your way to health and fitness.
The Evolution fitness team are on hand to give help and advice with one-to-one induction courses, personal fitness programmes and regular assessments. We pride ourselves on our relaxed and friendly atmosphere, creating a great place to meet new friends and socialise.
